vorienthalos provides financial planning consultation services through a subscription model. Our services include personalised consultations, analytical reviews, and ongoing guidance to help you understand various approaches to financial planning.

Our services are provided for informational and consultation purposes. We do not provide regulated financial advice, product recommendations, or manage client funds. All financial decisions remain entirely your responsibility.

Payment and Billing

Our services are provided through a subscription model with monthly billing. Payment is due in advance for each subscription period.

Subscription fees are charged monthly at £250 plus applicable VAT. All fees are clearly displayed before you complete your subscription signup.

  • Monthly subscription fee of £250 plus VAT (£300 total including 20% VAT)
  • Payments are processed automatically on your monthly billing date
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension until payment is resolved
  • Subscription cancellation requires 30 days written notice

Representative APR: Variable rate applicable to consultation services. All prices include VAT where applicable. No minimum contract period required.

Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, materials, and intellectual property provided through our services remain the exclusive property of vorienthalos and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use our services for your personal financial planning purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding our services may be used by vorienthalos without obligation or compensation to you.

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR and other relevant privacy regulations.

Disclaimers and Warranties

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vorienthalos's total liability to you for all claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage resolving disputes through direct communication with our customer service team.

If direct resolution is not possible, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration under the rules of a recognised UK arbitration body.

Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English and take place in London, England, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

EU Online Dispute Resolution

For EU residents, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform for resolving disputes arising from online purchases.

Please note that participation in ODR procedures is voluntary and does not affect your right to seek resolution through other means.

Termination of Services

You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
